Why Better Balance?
I’m thrilled to have you here as we embark on this shared journey toward better balance, improved focus, and practical solutions for thriving in today’s demanding world.
As someone who has spent years navigating the pressures of work, family, and personal well-being, I know how elusive true balance can feel. I’m a family man, a business owner who has led a company with nearly 30 employees, and have led non-profit organizations with thousands of members. Through these experiences, I’ve faced many challenges—making tough decisions, managing stress, and finding ways to stay resilient. Over time, I’ve learned techniques and strategies that have helped me overcome these hurdles, and I’ll be sharing them here so you can apply them to your own life and work.
What You Can Expect
This newsletter was born out of my passion for finding ways to not just survive, but truly thrive. While I have a deep interest and experience in this field, this is as much a journey for me as it is for you. Together, we’ll explore and experiment with actionable tools, mindfulness techniques, and the latest advancements in technology (yes, including AI!) to help us all live more balanced lives.
